The Second Edition of the Farmers Market

Coinciding with the inaugural exhibition on table: memory، the environment، Place For Hayy Arts, which sheds light on the future of food and its essential role in responding to global climate change situations, the Farmers Market comes in its second edition to Hayy Jameel, in cooperation with Azka Farms. The four-day farmers market offers products from local farms, as the market includes organic and fresh produce from the farms of the western region of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the special Azka Farm stall featuring specially selected products from local vendors.

The farmers market is accompanied by a series of workshops, dialogue sessions, and tasting and cooking sessions with chefs, artists, and researchers in the field of food, aiming to interact more with the themes of the exhibition “On the Table: Memory, Environment, and Place.”

Cooperation comes Art Beautiful with farms smarter The two institutions are part of the efforts to build community destinations, support local practitioners in creating self-sufficient and sustainable models, and strengthen the role of researchers in exploring the role of food in complex global systems.
